Mr. Dingus founded our practice in 1954 as a sole proprietorship. Despite the difficult early years, he persevered, always providing his growing client mix with
high quality services. The practice grew through an increasing number of referrals, until a full-time person was employed in 1971.
He had initiated an early computerized system in 1968, a system that has been refined over the years to
accommodate processing of more complex entities.
He has served on several Cleveland area Boards of Trustees, primarily in the Cultural Field, and has contributed widely to their support.

PRACTICE
As an undergraduate at Hampton Institute in Virginia, Mr. Dingus worked full time in the Treasurer’s office, while attending night classes. This exposure gave him invaluable experience working with not-for-profit accounting. In Cleveland, he gained further experience working for a well-known black business executive. As
an internal auditor, he saw first hand that accounting aspects of service stations, hotels, and apartment and real estate holdings.
EDUCATION
BBA, Accounting, Western Reserve University, and is a Certified Public Accountant and is in full compliance with the Continuing Professional Education requirements.
