Mr. Gautam joined our firm in January 1985 and became a partner in 1995. He has developed extensive experience in our Audit, Compilation and Review and Tax practices. He also has significant project management experience in projects involving internal control documentation, development of testing strategy, testing and remediation as required under the Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Act’s Section 404.

Additionally, he had provided consulting services to clients in various industries relating to areas in information technology and improving internal controls. Rajan is also responsible for the Quality Control function at our firm.

Rajan has experience in a wide range of industries, including nonprofit agencies, private foundations, municipal governments, federally assisted programs, nursing homes, manufacturing and construction companies. Additionally, he provides consulting services to small business assisting them in the development of industry and company specific accounting systems. 

He has planned and supervised consulting engagements such as:

• Cleveland Metroparks

EDUCATION

BBA, Accounting, Cleveland State University, and is a Certified Public Accountant and is in full compliance with the Continuing Professional Education requirements.
